The Client
Our client is a well-established, family-owned organisation that is a leading furniture solution provider delivering product and related logistics to the contract furniture market across Australia and overseas.

Due to major projects coming up, they are seeking to employ a Full-Time Senior Project Manager in their Head office in Melbourne.
This role is a team leadership position, whilst also managing key projects and clients.

The Role
You will be instrumental in overseeing high-impact projects whilst leading and supporting a team of project managers.
The role combines strategic project execution with team leadership, ensuring all projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and budgetary requirements.
You will be responsible for assigning projects, setting team KPI's, and providing ongoing support to ensure the team delivers exceptional results aligned with company objectives.

Skills Required
We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate the following skills:
Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field.
8 years+ project management experience in the commercial furniture/fit-out industry in Australia.
Min 3 years experience in a senior project management or leadership role.
Strong track record of managing teams and setting performance metrics.
Superb communication, presentation, and client relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Strong team player who is able to work with internal & external departments to rectify problems when they arise.
Previous experience managing and delivering hospitality fit-out projects is an advantage.
The Package
The starting salary package is between $130-150K + Super + Car Allow depending on experience.
