Green Light Worldwide is currently partnering with a key client and seeking Team Leaders with ideally Transaction Monitoring or KYC enhanced customer due diligence experience.
Some key responsibilities include:
Manage a team of ECDD KYC analysts and oversee their work to ensure it is of the highest quality standards.
Ensure that the team operates efficiently, adheres to procedures and the group's best practices and policies.
Hold regular team meetings and create an environment of good communication with effective two-way feedback of information and ideas.
Schedule, allocate and review work of team members for accuracy and completeness.
Support the ECDD KYC Analysts to identify data and documentation gaps and coach them.
To be shortlisted you need the following experience:
Good experience working in a similar role as Team Lead in Transaction Monitoring / ECDD KYC / Financial Crime.
Strong technical knowledge of Enhanced Due Diligence KYC AML and Transaction Monitoring processes.
Should have managed team sizes of 10 or more.
Good stakeholder management skills.
