Classification : ANU Officer 8 (Administration)Salary package : $115,511 - $123,519 plus 17% superannuationTerm : Full Time, ContinuingKey ResponsibilitiesLead Exceptional Spaces: Manage a diverse range of high-profile venues, delivering outstanding events that integrate academic and commercial needs.Drive Operational Excellence: Lead a dedicated team within the Campus Environment Division, contributing to the University's strategic goals through innovative venue management.Make an Impact: Enhance financial performance, foster key partnerships, and implement best practices to elevate the University's event space operations.Position OverviewLocated within the Corporate Portfolio, the Venues Manager will take responsibility for the management and successful implementation of internal and external events across multiple venues and accommodation facilities.
The role involves overseeing event planning, venue hire, and accommodation bookings, as well as managing the financial, staffing, and maintenance aspects of the venues.
