We're looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming our Salesforce platform into a powerful tool that drives our business success.
You will be working as part of a product trio (Product Manager, Service Designer, and Tech Lead), and be a member of a cross-functional team, which is how we deliver our goals.
You'll ensure we deliver Salesforce-based high-quality solutions that align with our goals and provide a great experience.
Medenterprises, a pioneer in medical recruitment, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to drive our mission to grow our recruitment business and enhance doctors' well-being.

As we chart our course towards developing innovative solutions and transforming our business, we're looking for a technical leader who can build solutions that improve our operations and add value to our customers.
The preference for this candidate is to be based in Auckland, Gold Coast or Brisbane, with the ability to attend our central Auckland or Gold Coast office for in-person collaboration - think 'hybrid' with the ability to work from home.

Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud APEX, Triggers, and workflows Bullhorn 2Cloud9 Copado, SFDX , Github Mac/PC Responsibilities: Your role will be multi-faceted, providing hands-on leadership, including:
Lead the Technical Vision: Represent the feasibility perspective in our product trio, ensuring all solutions are robust, future-proof, and aligned with Salesforce practices.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with product managers and designers to brainstorm, design, and implement impactful changes to the Salesforce platform.
Hands-On: Implement technical changes, manage configurations, and custom development in Salesforce.
Mentor & Guide: Support and mentor Salesforce functional consultants and developers, fostering their growth and development.
Champion Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems to help us achieve our goals.
Stay Ahead: Keep up with Salesforce's ever-evolving capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance our platform's value.
What We're Looking For:
Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, customization, declarative tools, and development (Apex, LWC , etc.).
Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams, guide technical decision-making, and drive complex work to success.
Problem Solver: Comfortable tackling ambiguity, solving problems creatively, and delivering valuable solutions.
Collaboration Mindset: Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams, balancing technical needs with business and design priorities.
CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and advanced integrations.
Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer II) are highly desirable.
