Salesforce Technical Lead6-month contractLocation: Anywhere on the East Coast of AustraliaWe are partnering with a Global Salesforce partner who is working on a groundbreaking project within the federal government.
We are looking for multiple people to join this project, one of which is for a Salesforce Technical Lead.
In this role you will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals within the delivery community while partnering closely with clients to ensure the successful release and delivery of projects.
You will leverage your consulting expertise and Salesforce technical skills to provide implementation knowledge across Salesforce's core tools, products, and offerings.Key responsibilities include:Leading the design, build, testing, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions, adhering to architectural guidelines.Scoping and designing platform features and enhancements to meet diverse business requirements for customer experience.Providing best-practice advice on the Salesforce platform and leading technical and solution design, including integrations.Collaborating with developers and functional consultants to build features aligned with architectural standards.Mentoring and guiding junior developers and testers.Maintaining core Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Sales, Service, PD1).Bringing over 5 years of experience in implementing Salesforce solutions.Experience required:Deep technical expertise across the Salesforce platformProven experience managing development teams, including onshore and offshore resources.Strong understanding of designing Salesforce solutions within the broader architectural landscape.Ability to identify client business challenges and deliver tailored, Salesforce-enabled solutions.Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components, API Web Services, and declarative programming techniques.Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.Preferred DevOps experience, including Salesforce DX and tools like Git, BitBucket, and CI/CD pipelines.Problem-solving mindset with a passion for finding solutions to challenges and a belief in automating repetitive tasks through code.
