As we grow, we are continually looking for motivated, committed, and passionate people to join our team.At this time, we are looking for the following roles in Earlwood & Kingsgrove, NSW.You will need to clearly display a 'Can do Will do' attitude if you want to 'fit in' at Plus Fitness 24/7**** If you're not comfortable making sales calls please do not apply**** Must be available most Saturday morningsRole: SALES / RECEPTIONWe currently have 2 Sales / Reception positions available at our Kingsgrove and Earlwood branches. The position of membership sales and reception offers a broad range of structured support, ongoing training, professional development, and career advancement opportunities.This role offers a broad range of responsibilities including:Overseeing day-to-day operation of the gymLiaising with membersDatabase administrationInvolvement in local area marketingMaintaining the cleanliness of the gymMaking warm sales callsA high level of structured support and ongoing training is provided, with good career advancement opportunities.The successful candidate will have a strong and proven track record in sales and customer service. Full training is provided; however, previous experience in the sale and retention of gym memberships will assist in the application.A passion for the promotion of health and fitness in our communities is essential, as well as strong organisational skills and the ability to work within proven systems and structure. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.This role would also suit those considering studying for Cert III/IV, those currently studying, or those that have recently passed Cert III or Cert IV in Fitness. Having a First Aid Cert will also assist in the application.If you don't like hard work, then this position is not for you If you LOVE a challenge and the rewards that come from it, and you fit the profile required for the role, then please applyThe remuneration package is very competitive and includes commission potential and various other benefits.Shifts are available from 8 am to 12 pm and 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
