So much variety there's no boring daysMost of our work is for hotels and body corporates with some construction projects which provides you a fantastic opportunity to really use your brain and challenge yourself.Business has really taken off, so we are looking for another pair of hands to help strengthen our office team and achieve our company goals.Here's why working with us will be the best career move you ever make:Your role comes with a strong remuneration package made up of predominantly a base salary between 110 – 130k with additional bonusesWe're big on personal development so there will be plenty of room to not only grow personally but also to help the team follow your lead and fire on all cylindersYou will be able to help style and grow the business to reach its full potential working directly with the managing directorYou will get to be part of an awesome team environmentYou get a MacBook Pro laptop, iPhone, 49inch ultra-wide monitor and sit/stand deskCompany vehicle can be negotiated based on agreed salaryIf you're relocating, we'll help with any moving costs up to $1,000Beers, barbeques and lots of fun social events – you'll need a sense of humourIf you haven't been referred by someone we will also give you a $5,000 signing bonus. The only condition is that you work with us for at least 6 months.Your role will include:Organise and manage day to day operations to maintain overall effectiveness of the teamScheduling of the tradesmanQuality Assurance in a positive efficient and productive manner with pride, excellent workmanship and qualityResponsible for managing major projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, budget and to the highest level of qualityHealth & Safety responsibilities• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.• Work with senior stakeholders.What we need from you:Strong understanding of rope accessExperience with both building façade construction and maintenance work would helpOrganised with an eye for detailPractical mindset and be able to think on your feetStrong communication and people management skillsTake pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notchStrong computer and writing skillsA trade would be advantageousIf you didn't tick all the boxes, then don't stress… this could be your first operations manager jobHaving the right stuff is a top priority for us.Now, if you're not looking right now yourself but you have a mate who is we offer a $5000 referral fee when we hire the person you refer.
