Rope Access Technicians is a rope access, façade cleaning, maintenance and installation provider based in Burleigh Heads.
We work on all sorts of real cool projects across QLD & NSW including façade inspections, concrete repairs, waterproofing, glazing, height safety installations, cladding replacement, full building washdowns and more.
So much variety there's no boring days
Most of our work is for hotels and body corporates with some construction projects which provides you a fantastic opportunity to really use your brain and challenge yourself.
Business has really taken off, so we are looking for another pair of hands to help strengthen our office team and achieve our company goals.

The only condition is that you work with us for at least 6 months.
Your role will include:
Organise and manage day to day operations to maintain overall effectiveness of the team
Scheduling of the tradesmanQuality Assurance in a positive efficient and productive manner with pride, excellent workmanship and qualityResponsible for managing major projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, budget and to the highest level of qualityHealth & Safety responsibilities• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Work with senior stakeholders.
What we need from you:
Strong understanding of rope accessExperience with both building façade construction and maintenance work would helpOrganised with an eye for detailPractical mindset and be able to think on your feetStrong communication and people management skillsTake pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notchStrong computer and writing skillsA trade would be advantageous
