Food Technology & Safety (Science & Technology)We are currently searching for an experienced NPD Insights and Planning Specialist to join our team based in our Hamilton Support Office. You will be critical to the success of our new product development pipeline, ensuring we gather consumer insights accurately to inform the development and innovation of new products. Your key responsibilities will be:Coordinate product & innovation planning and consumer testing/insights for the Australian and New Zealand marketsDevelop and implement product testing protocol, and co-ordinate and execute various forms of pre-prototype testing and in-market trialsOversee the innovation pipeline and the consumer testing schedule to deliver insight-led inspired products and services to marketSupport internal brand & design teams to develop creative concepts for the purpose of pre-testingProvide consumer insights to brand teams, creative and media agency partners for go-to-market products, ensuring a thorough handover of information to assist with campaign and sales effectivenessImplement and execute competitor overviews for the purpose of innovation design and to ensure NPD is unique to Domino'sAbout you.You will demonstrate:Previous experience in the development of new products and innovation testingExperience working with external insights, creative and research agenciesThe ability to translate insights into tangible, actionable outcomes which drive innovation and sales performance.Outstanding communication, time management, project management and prioritisation skills.We are Domino's.Domino's Pizza Enterprises is the master franchise holder for Domino's across 12 countries in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
