), we're on the lookout for an Assistant State Manager to help lead our Victoria & Tasmania store network.Key Responsibilities:Create moments that matter: Represent and uphold our values and mission across the state; always leading by exampleDevelop & Inspire: Motivate and coach your teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sales performance.Operational Excellence: Ensure store operations run smoothly, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance.Performance Analysis: Analyse KPI's and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.Succession Planning: Expertise in succession planning to identify high performing team and providing them with opportunities for career progression.Collaborate: Provide regular reports and updates; collaborating with your State ManagerDynamic Communication: Capability to present information effectively to store, executive teams, and stakeholders at all levels.What We're Looking For:Previous Retail Leadership Experience: 3+ years in a State Manager or Senior Regional Manager role in a high-volume business.Passion for Customer Experience: A dedication to creating an exceptional in-store experience for our customers.Strong Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best.Analytical Mindset: The capability to analyse data and use insights to make informed decisions.Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.What dusk Offers You:Competitive salary, car allowance and ability to earn a monthly bonus.Generous staff discounts on our beautiful products.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to be part of a growing and innovative company.Join us on this exciting journey to help our customers make the most of moments that matter
