The team is committed to providing exceptional service and tailored financial solutions to meet the unique needs of their clients.Your new roleYou are a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with experience managing the A-Z of finance for a business. This standalone role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage all aspects of the internal financial operations, reporting, and strategy of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all internal financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, payroll and invoicing.Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and analyses to senior management.Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk within the business.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals.Monitor and manage the performance of the business's financial activities.What you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CA certification preferred.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and investment strategies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.What you'll get in returnCompetitive salary dependent on skill and experienceOpen to hybrid arrangements and flex hoursA supportive and collaborative work environment.Stunning Sydney city locationWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
