Make a difference as a Manager, Payroll Services Australia Join the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
YOUR ROLE As part of the Group, People, Performance, and Reputation division, you will lead the Australian payroll function, delivering high-quality, compliant, accurate, and timely payroll services.
Your role ensures a seamless and positive payroll experience for IAG's Australian employees by aligning with agreed service levels, legislative requirements, and IAG's policies and processes.
This is a permanent role based in Gadigal Country (Sydney). ABOUT YOU Proven experience leading and managing a payroll function and team in a large complex organisation. Extensive experience with ADP and/or SAP payroll systems. Comprehensive understanding of payroll systems, processes, and compliance. In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements. Capability to optimise payroll processes using data-driven insights. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders. Applications close – Friday 17 January 2025 at 23:59 AEDT.
