The Role The role reports to the Group Account Director. You will be the day-to-day lead across a mix of exciting and well-known brands. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a passion for leadership, strategic growth, and collaboration. We are seeking someone with strong commercial acumen, excellent client service skills, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to team success.
Key Responsibilities: Manage team growth and profitability without compromising on existing client relationships.Lead project scoping, ensuring exceptional work delivery and adherence to timelines.Foster strong agency-client relationships, ensuring client buy-in to strategies.Maintain a deep understanding of each client's business objectives.Adhere to talent retention and personal development plans, supporting a positive and inclusive work culture.What We Are Looking For: 6+ years' experience in a planning/buying role in an agency environment.Strategic understanding of the role of media channels and the ability to impact client objectives.Ability to pitch for new business with confidence and creativity.Advanced knowledge of all media & research tools required for planning, with the ability to analyse output and identify insights that influence media planning.Commercially astute, with a focus on achieving both client and agency success.Strong relationship management skills, with a talent for building and maintaining meaningful client and media relationships.Excellent knowledge of the media landscape and the impact of changes to media consumption trends.Benefits: Join a dynamic, diverse, and innovative team at the forefront of media strategy.Opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns and client success.Professional growth and development within a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Recognition and visibility through industry award entries and contributions to new business development.Salary package up to $130,000 including superannuation.If you're excited about leading strategic growth, building strong client relationships, and driving impactful media campaigns in a dynamic and supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
