RWW Group is a national supplier of workwear, corporate uniforms, and PPE with distribution centres in Brisbane, Sydney, Leeton, and Melbourne.
We will be opening our distribution centre in Perth in Q1 2025.
As one of the fastest-growing uniform and PPE companies, delivering customers a premium service through industry-first products and services, RWW Group is continuing its growth phase and setting up in Perth in Q1 2025 to better serve our existing WA-based customers and grow our WA customer base.

Current Role: WA Business Development Manager - Uniforms & PPE
As a "Business Development Manager", your primary role will be to strategically identify businesses that will benefit from RWW Group services and convert them over to an RWW Group customer.
Your day job will include lead generation and prospect nurturing, cold calling, new business emails, follow-ups, meeting requests, proposals, social media, networking and CRM activity.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you may also be involved in tender admin work, proposals, and implementation/transition of new clients over to the RWW Group Account Management team.
You will also be required to manage, visit, and retain our WA strategic existing accounts by working with our strategic account management team.
This involves visiting customers on a regular call cycle, growing their share of wallet by identifying product range growth opportunities, entertaining clients, and implementing general account retention strategies.
The Role
To be considered, you MUST be able to use your initiative to identify new business opportunities, confidently contact leads and ask the questions needed to close the sale.
In addition, you will have:
A minimum of 2 year sales experience Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written Ability to create proposals and manage pitch processes The ability to build relationships and close sales A strategic mindset and innovative selling skills A positive mindset, a drive to hunt down business & the hunger to succeed Strong time management and communication skills The ability to work autonomously as well as within a close-knit team environment A sophisticated business development aptitude & strong negotiating skills And ultimately, the ability to fit in with a fun, driven and highly motivated team.
