About the role
Brisk Transport is seeking an experienced Telemarketing professional to join our team in Geebung, Queensland.
As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer acquisition.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and contribute to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing
Conducting outbound calls to potential customers Identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions to drive sales Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and following up on leads Engaging with warm leads sourced from secondary websites, previous clients, and referrals Consistently meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets Cultivating and nurturing client relationships Targeting business-to-business networks and lead generation What we're looking for
Proven experience in a Telemarketing or outbound sales role, preferably within the transport or logistics industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls A driven, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related technology What we offer
