Executive TeamPosition SummaryMorphettville is a unique and vibrant entertainment destination, the home of the South Australian Jockey Club (SAJC) and thoroughbred racing; and an exciting entertainment destination in metropolitan Adelaide.Our newly established Wolf Blass Event Centre, with a seating capacity of over 1000 across two levels, is poised to redefine the standard for excellence in events and conferencing.
From corporate meetings to elegant receptions, we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.The Head of Marketing, Communications & PR is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing, public relations, and communication strategies that align with SAJC's long-term strategic goals.
This role will ensure that all marketing, communications, and PR efforts support the SAJC's growth objectives, brand development, and stakeholder engagement.

A master's degree is desirable.Demonstrated experience in PR, communications, and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record in managing public relations, media relations, and strategic communication initiatives.Extensive experience in handling media relations, crisis communication, and reputation management.Demonstrated ability to act as a key liaison between an organisation and the media, providing strategic guidance and ensuring consistent messaging.Strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
