Senior Performance and Capability AdvisorWe are seeking a dedicated Senior Performance and Capability Advisor to join our People and Culture team.
You will drive performance, culture, and capability initiatives to support high performance within schools, enhancing professional support programs for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and Highly Accomplished and Lead Teachers (HAT/LT), ensuring alignment with BCE's expectations and standards.
Additionally, you will design and create career pathways for teaching staff, from graduate levels to principalship, and provide tailored professional development programs.
