Practice Manager Opportunity with Swish Dental – Leading Dental Practice in Everton Park & Mitchelton
We're recruiting on behalf of Swish Dental , a family-owned dental practice that takes pride in providing the highest level of patient care while fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture.
As Swish Dental continues to grow, they are seeking a Practice Manager to oversee their operations in Everton Park and Mitchelton , ensuring their vision of becoming Queensland's largest dental practice is realised.
About the Role:
As the Practice Manager, you will be key to Swish Dental's growth and success.
Your role will involve leading the team and managing daily operations across both locations, ensuring that both staff and patients have a positive experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practices at Everton Park and Mitchelton.
Leading front desk management and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Managing a team of dental assistants and support staff, ensuring engagement and performance.
Managing social media and marketing efforts, helping to grow the brand and re-engage patients.
Driving patient rebooking rates and improving operational efficiency through streamlined processes.
Creating team-building activities and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing a dental practice with a focus on delivering outstanding patient care.
Experience with EXACT dental software (essential).
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Business-savvy with excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Experience with managing social media and contributing to marketing strategies.
A forward-thinking approach with a passion for career development.
