Pandanus Medical Practice and Meadowlands Medical are seeking an experienced and driven Practice Manager to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in the overall management and expansion of our two well-established medical practices.

About the Role: As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both practices, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and patient flow.Growth and Expansion: Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of practice growth initiatives.Accreditation and Compliance: Maintain and improve practice accreditation standards.Human Resources: Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff.Rostering and Staff Management: Develop and implement efficient staff rosters, ensuring adequate coverage.Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including Xero accounting, invoice processing, debt collection, and cost control measures.Team Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively, provide guidance and support to junior team members.Patient Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction by fostering a positive and welcoming environment.Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a medical setting.Strong understanding of medical practice operations and accreditation standards.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proficiency in Xero accounting software and financial management.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with HR processes and staff management.To Apply: If you are a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager with a passion for healthcare, we encourage you to apply.
