About the Role: We are seeking a team of dedicated and skilled Customer Advisor – Claims to join our client in Brisbane CBD.
Our client prides itself on its people first methodology coupled with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution Provide exceptional customer service by offering clear information and support to claimants Employ strong problem solving skills to navigate complex cases and deliver optimal outcomes Exhibit resilience in handling challenging situations and maintaining a positive attitude Key Requirements: Prior experience in a corporate customer service role, that requires problem-solving, and administration Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team High level of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a claims advisory is highly regarded What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Convenient Brisbane location with easy access to public transport If you are passionate about making a difference and have the skills to excel in this role, we would love to hear from youHow to Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter via SEEK.
