The Role We're looking for compassionate psychologists to join our team and provide teletherapy services via video/phone or in-person therapy at our Darwin location.
As a Psychologist at Midpoint, you can enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours and working in a supportive, professional environment.
This role operates on a contractor basis, giving you full control over your caseload and work schedule, whether you prefer telehealth, in-person sessions, or a combination of both.
We are flexible on the start date and would welcome the right candidate to begin in the new year if desired.
What We Offer Flexibility: Choose your own hours, with a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week.
Adjust your schedule at any time.Full Support: Administrative tasks, including reception, billing, and appointment reminders, are taken care of for you, allowing you to focus solely on your clients.Fair Remuneration: Receive generous rates between $120.00 and $155.00 per session, with opportunities to increase.Guaranteed Income: You are paid even for missed appointments or late cancellations, ensuring stable earnings.Collaborative Environment: You'll have your own beautifully furnished therapy room and be part of a supportive team where you feel valued and connected, within a culture that genuinely cares about your professional and personal wellbeing.Client Base Our clients are adults only, private paying or referred under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP).
No assessments or third-party reports are required, allowing you to focus fully on the therapeutic process.
Operating Hours Telehealth and in-person services are available during regular business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm ACST) with options for evening and weekend appointments to accommodate both clients' and practitioners' needs.
Session Methods Provide therapy via video conferencing, telephone, or face-to-face sessions at our Fannie Bay location, offering flexible services to meet the diverse needs of clients across urban and remote regions.
