Now, we're preparing to pioneer the next 50.We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our Business Development TeamThe Pre-Sales Solution Consultant is a client facing role focused on supporting clients in the pre-contract phase. The role is responsible for working across the Client engagement journey from pre-sales through to delivery, setting Cuscal and Clients up for success. You will:1) Lead Pre-Sales and DiscoveryPromote a basic understanding of Cuscal's standard products, key benefits, market obligations, enablement activities, and business-as-usual activitiesConduct presentations and lead discovery sessions with clients (including prospective clients) to ensure that client needs and relevant constraints are fully understood and documentedIdentify opportunities for sale of further Cuscal products that meet client needs and deepen relationships.Document the gaps between the client needs and Cuscal's standard solutions to enable effective roadmap, feasibility and estimation discussions2) Solution Design & DocumentationCapture a clear scope of work, deliverables, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and costs in Cuscal's standard format for Statements of WorkDocument, analyse and communicate challenges and solution options that address the Client needsContribute to the development of adaptable and/or re-usable materials to communicate high level functional solutions for client engagements as part of the sales processIdentify potential delivery risks as well as potential mitigation strategies3) Solution Delivery SupportProvide a detailed handover to the delivery team at commencement of the implementationAct as a point of escalation for internal stakeholders and the client throughout the implementation process for supporting project teams.Lead and/or contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement activitiesAbout YouTo be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience:Passionate about enabling excellent client outcomes.Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, commerce, finance or related subjects is desirableOutstanding verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective customer relationshipsStrong industry knowledge of payments ecosystems, and/or strong understanding of Cuscal's product and technology solutionsExperience in pre-sales/solutions consulting, professional services, or sales role, working collaboratively with Sales Teams, understanding the full sales life cycle & processesExcellent business process and/or project experience using tools such as Visio, Jira, PowerPointEnterprise-level business project experience, with strong process analysis, design and documentationWhat's it like to work here?As well as good pay and a great culture, we back our employees by helping them work towards industry-recognised qualifications, using online learning, training modules and career planning tools for you to grow with us.
