Our core values of passion, innovation, dedication, compassion, and integrity, unite us on our journey to ensure the health and happiness of future generations where we are committed to developing a culture that empowers and rewards our family of early childhood educators, teachers, leaders, and support office team members.The OpportunityThe Family Support Team are the customer service specialists of G8 Education, playing a pivotal role in the acquisition and support of new families joining G8's network of 430+ Centres and 21 brands.If selected for this exciting call centre opportunity, you will be responsible for the following:Deliver high quality customer service in a high-volume contact centre environment, servicing families between 7am-7pm Monday to Friday.Support families over the phone, live chat and via email, providing initial advice on the G8 early learning centre that will suit their needs and arranging centre tours.Make outbound calls to assist families through the early learning and care enrolment process to ensure our families are ready to start in centre.Record and maintain our customer enquiries database within our CRM.Understand and apply G8 Education policy, legislation, the Federal Government's childcare subsidy and associated processes to effectively respond to customer needs.Work across multiple technology platforms and databases.Identify and escalate complex enquiries.Liaise with our centre network to enhance the quality of support provided to our families and centres.About YouTo be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:Minimum of 12 months experience working in a customer service role; previous contact centre experience is highly regarded.A genuine interest/passion for early education and childcare.Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases.Strong customer service and relationship building skill-set.Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a high-volume environment.Able to work on a 38-hour rotating roster, available to work any shift between the hours of Monday to Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm.Benefits Include:Competitive salary package.Work From Home & Hybrid working conditions encouraged.Career development opportunities as part of a large ASX-listed company.Flexible working arrangements and role autonomy.Access a 50% discount on early education and childcare fees at any G8 Education Centre.Exclusive access to our employee benefits program covering a wide range of discounts and promotions.This is a rare opportunity; if you want a diverse, challenging and personally fulfilling role, apply nowPlease note the advertising closing date is indicative only.
