Key duties: Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the Victorian curriculum.Establish and maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning, including managing student behaviour, fostering positive relationships, and promoting mutual respect among students.Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' understanding and provide timely feedback to students and parents on their progress and areas for improvement.Provide additional support and assistance to students who require differentiation to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with learning disabilities or English language learners.Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to share ideas, resources, and strategies for improving student learning outcomes.Participate in team meetings, grade-level planning, and school-wide initiatives to support the school community. Skills & Experience: Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.Hold relevant qualifications in Education (4 year bachelor Degree containing minimum 1 year teaching qualifications).Current VIT registration required.Willingness to support the school's ethos and Islamic faith values.Proven experience teaching Primary in an Australian school setting.Ability to provide two education-based references from the last 5 years, including at least one from upper management.
