With over 12,000 experts in over 100 countries Carat delivers an unparalleled capability to unlock real human understanding and connect people and brands through powerful and engaging media experiences.We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Media Client Executive with our awesome team in Adelaide.The role:As the Client Executive, you will play a key role in a supportive environment to manage and own campaign implementation for traditional media channels.Core responsibilities:Manage data for media buying, tracking and reporting across traditional media channels.Work closely with the Client Manager and Client Director as a key member of the team.Gather data for competitor spend and creative analyses, along with tracking media industry trends and conducting desk research.Manage weekly brand WIP items, presenting Offline updates and liaise with Digital team to ensure all elements are included ahead of meeting time.Generate comprehensive post-campaign reports. Liaise with Manager/Director to garner campaign learnings and insights for the client.Communicate weekly with creative agency/client to ensure material nominations are up to date and with media partners ahead of deadlines.Coordinate with key media partners to guarantee campaign fulfillment. Liaise with Trading lead to ensure understanding of any contractual obligations re: lead times, CPM's added value, etc.Manage and implement precise and timely finance processes and invoicing for clients to deadline, including resolution of any account queries.A bit about you:Traditional media experience required, and the ambition to further develop in digital also.Strong experience with media finance processes and campaign implementation.Media platforms knowledge is ideal, (Spectra, Etam, Eram, MOVE and TV Map).Exceptional time management and workload prioritisation, along with strong verbal communication is essential along with meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in supporting Client & Digital Managers/Directors on building of documentation and client presentations.The ability to engage and adhere to our partner engagement approach, build meaningful connections and driving the best outcomes for our client.What's in it for you:Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our 'Be the Best You' policy which includes a $250 contribution to your home office set up.The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change.5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your way.Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University.Become a champion for meaningful progress:Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
