About the companyOur client focuses primarily on storytelling through Photography, Film, and Animation.
We provide end-to-end Visual Solutions for SMEs, Corporate as well as Private Clients.
This is from the concept stage, through to production & post-production.
We also provide Live Feed, Live Streaming, Web Design, and Digital Marketing Solutions.
Purpose of the roleGenerate new businessServe existing clientsAbout the roleThe business development executive will be a multi-skilled resource supporting an end-to-end process from the acquisition to the account management of clients.Responsibilities:Design sales visits and presentations to pitch solutions to clients.Negotiate sales with clients.Become fluent in all products and solutions our client offers.Be the trusted advisor by directing our clients to the solutions that fit their needs.Gain familiarity with multiple industries, and stay updated on sales trends and innovative products for our clients.Manage customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.Research and attend networking activities to connect with prospective clients.Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.Drive the end-to-end sales processRequirements:Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales2+ years in B2B and B2C sales.Relevant degree or diploma.Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.Great networking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software such as Microsoft SuiteProficiency in CRM usageResourceful, with outstanding research skills.Emboldened by challenges.Key SkillsHard skillsAble to work well under pressure & with minimum supervision to meet targetsExcellent presentation skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent Computer SkillsCan think outside the box to ensure sales targets are achievedSoft SkillsExcellent communication skillsHigh level of integrityExcellent time management skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsReports to; the CEOCompensation is salary plus commissions.
