The Department The Sales Executive is responsible for generating cross-platform advertising revenue for Digital & TV (and Radio in some markets) as part of SBS's agency sales team to maximise SBS's revenue opportunities.
The Role Reporting into our Sales Manager â South Australia, within our Media Sales team, this role will see you: Maintaining and growing a client portfolio within Agencies and direct businesses Pro-actively maximising revenue opportunities through cross platform campaigns and sponsorships, identifying clients marketing challenges and working with internal resources to provide solutions Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Continually developing knowledge and expertise of SBS's products, including software expertise, business knowledge, researching tools and techniques, and the competitive environment Responding to proposals, media schedules and production briefs within tight deadlines, owning and taking responsibility of a given portfolio Delighting our current and prospective clients with face to face meetings and presentations Building digital proposals, creating online insertion orders, checking campaign performance and supporting with general sales administration Account managing campaigns and consulting with our Ad operations team to ensure optimization and campaign delivery About you: A well-rounded Sales Executive who is ready for that next step in their career trajectory to make a real difference An outstanding communicator and who is able to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels Experience preparing PowerPoint presentations, could put together production briefs and completing sales reports Experience in providing effective sales solutions to National Media Agency and business clients and have established relationships within these markets Experience selling television and/or digital video will be highly regarded, but not critical Audience obsessed, and dedicated to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Some of the reasons to consider working with us: The people
