You thrive on delivering results, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are passionate about working with a mission-driven organization.
You bring a collaborative approach to leadership, have a high attention to policy and detail, and an eye for continuous improvement and innovation.

Relevant tertiary qualifications: post-graduate degree in International Development, Social Change, International Studies, Political Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Geography or related discipline.
A minimum of 7 years international development experience.

Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating institutional grants (such as ANCP, AHP or other).

Strong understanding of compliance issues and requirements in the international development sector specifically ACFID and DFAT accreditation.

Desired background in strategic sectors including climate and environment, GEDSI, humanitarian response, economic inclusion and livelihoods.
