You will contribute to the ongoing refinement and enhancement of Judo's larger exposures proposition – including policies, product & processes and manage various governance requirements associated with the ongoing monitoring of Judo's largest exposures.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout you:Australian working rights with a minimum of 5 years prior experience working in wholesale credit risk or relationship management.Previous experience in exercising a lending discretion is preferred, but not essential.Can think independently about the finance needs of businesses, and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework.Have a deep interest in the broader economic environment and how these factors impact businesses.Have a strong background in financial risk governance or wholesale portfolio management.Are passionate about empowering and supporting Australian businesses to help SMEs see amazing outcomes.Are a team player with a preference for the group over the individual.Our Values:Accountability: Make decisions and own them.
