This role is a full-time, permanent position.If you want a multi-dimensional 3D career in a leading healthcare organisation, join us.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIESDriving sales strategies, tactics and promoting products to Specialists, Nurses and Hospitals across your NSW South & ACT territoryPresenting clinical papers to specialists and associated hospital teamsWorking with a Key Account Management frameworkTransactional selling to private clinics for a range of productsHighly organised, self-starter and solutions orientedHigh level of business analytics and strong commercial acumen, able to use different data sets and territory reporting to help manage your businessExcellent communication, presentation style, combined with strong selling and negotiation skillsAgile approach with ability to deal with a wide range of situations and functionsAbility to travel, including regional travel, overnight travel as required for business conferences and occasional weekend workWillingness to learn, work autonomously with a positive attitudeQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSTertiary qualifications in Life Sciences, Nursing, Paramedical or business field is preferredSuccessful sales track record in hospital / specialist sales within pharmaceutical/devices, particularly Gastroenterology and/or ObstetricsStrong commercial acumen, analytical mindset and ability, with Key Account Management experience in NSW South and ACT areas will be highly regardedMedicines Australia CEP accreditationExperience and capability utilising a variety of e-platforms (Veeva, Teams etc)Technically competent with full MS Office package, Outlook, CRM systems etcCurrent and valid driver's licenceBENEFITSCompetitive base salary, sales-incentive plan, superannuation & car allowanceGreat team cultureAnnual Health AllowanceAnnual Company DayIf you would like to be part of this highly driven and successful team, please submit a cover letter on what you can bring to this role together with your CV.You must have the right to live and work in Australia to be considered for this opportunity.Agencies please note: This position will be managed via our in-house Talent Acquisition Team.
