Job Description
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for IT support, providing efficient solutions for equipment and software.
You'll troubleshoot issues in person and remotely, handling level 1 and some level 2 queries.
Your interactions will span office, remote, and offshore users, ensuring seamless support and resolution.
As a vital part of the IT team, you'll ensure that technology runs smoothly, enabling business operations to thrive.
Manage end-user device lifecycle including installs, upgrades, patches, and administration of related software and platforms Uplift the IT Service Management function and use the ServiceNow platform Act as admin for software asset management, end-user experience monitoring, MS Intune, Microsoft desktop, and Endpoint Manager Act as the point of escalation for end-user device technology Recognise and escalate more difficult problems to Tier 2 and 3 support team Analyse existing EUC systems and operations and develop preventative maintenance strategies Qualifications Proven support and implementation experience in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems Capable of working on Active Directory Knowledge and understanding of IT Service Management frameworks Enjoy providing great customer service and have a genuine appetite to learn Detail-orientated and strong problem-solving abilities Ablemanage high volume of work and adapt to shifting priorities Additional InformationWe offer a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values collaboration and diversity.
