Full timeAdd expected salary to your profile for insights.Above market salary + uncapped commissionClient leads provided with full back-office supportGreat culture with additional employee benefits within a multi award winning brokerageAs a Broker, you will be responsible for identifying and solving clients' lending needs while maintaining ongoing relationships throughout the process from start to finish.Provide lending solutions to a portfolio of clients ranging from first home buyers to HNW clients.Providing high quality service to warm leads as well as building strong relationships with lenders and other stakeholders.All leads and full back-office support provided.Work closely with the broader team who will manage the applications to settlement.Ensure all compliance requirements are being met.Skills & Experience2+ years' banking/lending experienceMust have strong commercial lending experienceYou will need to be customer-centric with excellent verbal and written communication skillsA strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment.Have a current MFAA Accreditation and a Diploma in Financial Services – Finance & Mortgage Broking.Strong problem-solving skills & high attention to detail is essential.If you believe that you meet the selection criteria, please apply now for an immediate review of your resume.About the recruiterYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
