Field Service Engineer- Medical Imaging

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team.
You will play a key role in ensuring our medical imaging and scientific equipment operates at peak performance, providing technical support to our clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, test, and repair scientific equipment in line with industry best practices.Perform preventative maintenance on various Life Science and scientific equipment.Respond to customer inquiries by phone and provide onsite technical support.Undertake installation and Acceptance Testing of medical equipment and enter data into the company Management Systems.Complete service reports & required documentation and enter data into the company's Management Systems.Work within defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all service and maintenance activities.This position is partially field-based and may require occasional travel away from home.Undertake "On-Call" duties as directed from time to time – this may be outside usual business hours.Participate as an active team member to plan and install a range of equipment.About You:This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving and working hands-on with cutting-edge technology.
