As a Technical Lead in the Unified Communications team, you'll have a hands-on role in building and delivering high quality, reliable and scalable solutions as well as enabling, supporting and leading our engineers.
You will have a strong focus on the Genesys platform, taking responsibility for building solutions and ensuring quality control of the engineers within the Unified Communications team.
You will work within our Global Technology division, Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), collaborating with Product Managers and Solution Engineers to provide technology that meets customer needs.

Day in the life : Manage internal and external project resources to deliver projects to agreed timelinesBe an expert in your domain, live and breathe the product, advocating the customer's voiceInfluence the design of major projects and system improvements to the GenesysSupport and prioritise product and customer requirements by providing technical expertise to implement best practice configuration and playbooksWork closely with Product Manager and Solutions Engineers to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions to address business objectivesPerform testing and quality assurance processes on work of the team and external resourcesManage all internal and external relationships in the best interests of our customerPromote and support best practicesApprove and orchestrate changes to ETS platform standards and product features/functionality following FCTG ITIL Change Management policyManagement of ongoing problems in line with ETS problem management processesPerform risk management to minimise business impact and risksBe across new and emerging technologies in relation to existing platformYou'll be perfect for the role if you have : Why Flight Centre?
