Proactive Product Focus: They should have exposure/experience in product ownership, aligning user stories with business objectives, and driving product enhancements based on customer insights and feedback.
Effective Communicator and Collaborator: The candidate must communicate effectively with stakeholders, gather valuable feedback, and provide clear reporting on progress and performance.
Responsibilities: Demonstrated experience leading delivery teams within an Agile software delivery environment.Demonstrated comprehensive understanding and application of Lean and Agile principles and processes.Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles and practices.Commercially minded with the ability to hit the ground running and to build and maintain constructive working relationships at all levels.Excellent adaptive team leadership capabilities including the ability to foster productive team dynamics, engage and enable teams, and coach for performance.High level of integrity and professional accountability.Ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities.Ability to manage multiple issues at once and strong prioritisation skills.A bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.Experience within travel or other internet-scale environments.Brightness of Future: Career Advancement in Agile and Product Management: This role will allow for growth into more senior positions in both agile delivery and product ownership as they gain experience in leadership and product strategy.
