Your primary role is to be a mentor, trainer, and "upskiller" – making our teams' professional growth and on-the-job training your passionYou excel at delivering constructive criticism & feedback, completing monthly strategic reviews and file audits with each consultantYour clinical and technical knowledge is strong so that we can deliver a high standard of service delivery and executionYou can balance clinical and commercial goals well – quality is always our focus, we just need to make sure we are doing the work & reporting to support that quality goalBuilding and nurturing relationships comes naturally to you – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clientsYou are an energiser – we only hire people who love what they do and show it every day.
