Arcadia Landscape Architecture is an award winning, design-driven landscape architecture and urban design practice, with studios in Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and Geelong.
Content is a vital part of our Marketing Strategy and in this diverse and multi-faceted role, you will provide support to our Marketing and Communications Lead, as well as balance life with a day off each week.
Job DescriptionReporting to the Marketing and Communications Lead, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content to promote our growing landscape architecture practice.
This role requires a creative and strategic writer who can produce collateral across multiple platforms to attract and retain clients, but also contribute to our overall Employee Value Proposition.
Key Responsibilities: Produce high-quality content for our website, blog, social media, and marketing materials, including project pages, contributions to tenders, awards and project documents, working closely with the Marketing and Communications Lead.Collaborate with both the Commercial and Marketing & Communications teams to produce appealing content that showcases our projects.Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn via your exceptional writing technique.Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic to our website.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and demonstrate your passion for design and architecture.Incorporate relevant topics into our content and writing plan.Assist in the creation and writing content of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.Desired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.Proven experience as a technical writer or content specialist, preferably in the architecture or landscape architecture industry.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Wordpress and InDesign.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.You must have the Right to Work in Australia and thrive in a fast-paced, growing and highly collaborative environment.
