Job Description: Job Title: Digital Change Manager
Location: Wodonga, Melbourne, or Bathurst (NSW)
Contract: 2-year fixed term contract

Role Overview: As our Digital Change Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing an effective change management strategy for the Digitalise 'The Core and Growth' initiatives in Pet Nutrition ANZ.
This is a pivotal role where you will create and implement change management strategies that maximize associate adoption of strategic changes while minimizing resistance.
Key Responsibilities: Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.Work directly with the Digital Product and Program Teams and 3rd parties to deploy the program, capturing the Associates' hearts and minds for the changes, embed behavior shifts, and maximize the desired results of the initiatives.In partnership with the PN APAC CDIO and their team, provide insights to the program team to define their goals and expectations in leading through change.Develop and implement an education and engagement strategy for key stakeholders on change management.Run Change Management Kick-starter sessions for key initiatives in their Definition stage.Develop, track/measure, and report on success metrics to monitor effective change progress.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or significant experience in a related field (business, human resources, communications) - Prosci Certified (preferred).10 years professional experience working in a business environment with a minimum of 5 years at a mid-senior level, preferably in FMCG.Experience in effectively managing and/or actively leading/participating in a deployment of a large, global cross-functional organizational change.Experience with cross-functional and globally dispersed teams.Strong understanding and demonstrated application of Business Change Frameworks.Strong understanding and demonstrated application of change management methodologies (Prosci preferred, other CM methodologies desirable), frameworks, and tools.What can you expect from Mars?
