Contracts Performance Manager

We're seeking a passionate Contracts Performance Manager to join the team and elevate their contract management processes.
Key Responsibilities:Manage contractual relationships with Goods and Services suppliersConduct regular performance reviews against agreed KPIsMonitor and analyze contractors' financial and operational performanceEnsure service delivery obligations are met through rigorous oversightProvide accurate and timely reports on contract performance to stakeholdersLead end-of-term contract reviews and make strategic recommendationsParticipate in tender panels to select new suppliersEstablish and maintain effective communication channels with contractors and internal teamsAbout You:Proven track record in managing complex contracts, ensuring optimal performance and value delivery.Deep understanding of Work Health and Safety principles, with a proactive approach to creating and maintaining a safe work environment.Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.Highly developed time management and planning skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams, driving results through effective collaboration and innovative thinking.What We Offer:A supportive and values-driven work environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in our communityProfessional development and growth opportunitiesIf you're ready to drive excellence in contracts management and contribute to our client's mission, we want to hear from you
