Job DescriptionWhat you'll do Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be based in our fully licensed onsite resort bistro, that offers a delicious and innovative al la carte menu at reasonable prices for our in-house guests to dine-in or take-away.

What you'll bring A qualification in commercial cookery, or applicable trade testingPrevious experience in a similar position at a restaurant, club kitchen, or caféExperience in supporting other cooks and kitchen employeesA working understanding of 'Food Safety' principles and workplace health and safetyExperience in ordering and stock controlWilling to be part of a greater team and jump in to assist the team and lead from the frontWhat's in it for you?
