Jasper is the purpose-built generative AI platform for marketing. Our mission is to elevate marketers with the power of AI, to achieve better outcomes through their workflows and open up new business opportunities. Jasper securely trains on brand and strategy, accelerates content and campaign production, and helps marketers measure and optimize performance as part of an end-to-end solution.This fully remote role is open to candidates located anywhere in Australia.About The RoleAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will bring technical excellence outcomes to Jasper customers. You will spend time coding, technical design, and problem-solving, and contribute to over-evolving Jasper's AI platform. You will be part of a close-knit engineering team that ships new code into production multiple times a day.What you will bring to Jasper6+ years of experience in front-end feature development and system designDemonstrated understanding of concepts like:StreamingMultiplayer experiencesDepth of experience with React, Tailwind CSS, GraphQLProven track record of software delivery for customers and their outcomesDemonstrated ability to mentor other engineersWhat you will do at JasperDesign, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve softwareWrite readable, maintainable, self-documenting or well-documented code to solve complex problems with simple, elegant solutionsTake the initiative to operate autonomously and solve critical problems for Jasper's customers and the overall technical stackOwn the delivery, execution, and rollout of technical solutionsScope and execute complex tasks in a timely and effective mannerRefactor and enhance existing codebase to improve reusability and foster collaborative idea sharingWork effectively with product and design partners to deliver projectsNice to have:Experience in Lexical, NextJSBenefits & PerksFlexible PTO with a FlexExperience budget ($221 AUD monthly) to help you make the most of your time away from workFlexWellness program ($74 AUD monthly) to help support your personal health goalsGenerous budget for home office set up$2,000 AUD annual learning and development stipendOur goal is to be a diverse workforce that is representative at all job levels as we know the more inclusive we are, the better our product will be.
