About the role
This full-time Property Manager position at First national Westwood' in Werribee, VIC, offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading real estate agency and make a significant impact on their growing residential leasing and property management operations.
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth and efficient property management services for both landlords and tenants.
What you'll be doing
Efficiently managing a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating property inspections, maintenance, and liaising with landlords and tenants
Advertising and marketing vacant properties to secure new tenants
Preparing tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Promptly addressing tenant queries and concerns, and taking appropriate action to resolve issues
Regularly inspecting properties and providing detailed reports to landlords
Pursuing any arrears in a professional manner
Maintaining up-to-date records and documentation in line with company policies and legal requirements
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Property Manager in the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of the residential leasing and property management landscape, including relevant legislation and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with landlords and tenants
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant technology
