Come and join our growing team in Brisbane, QLD, where we are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Practice Leader to join our Operations Team in QLD.

Brisbane based Part-Time role Approx.
65-70 hours a fortnight About the role
The Practice Leader supervises a team of Disability Support Workers that deliver quality of life outcomes for the people we support.
The position facilitates high-quality support through observation, modelling, coaching, and fostering teamwork among Disability Support Workers.

The role will lead the direct provision of services with a specific focus on building team capability to achieve the objectives of the organisation in a manner consistent with the organisation's strategic objectives, values, and purpose.
