We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to work closely with our management team.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and conduct the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening and interviewing.Build and maintain strong relationships with high-caliber candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with the management team to understand firm needs, delivering top talent across multiple mandates.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates in the market.In conjunction with the HR Operations Manager, manage onboarding.Implement strategies to manage a diverse pipeline of candidates across every role.Use various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking and recruitment agencies to attract top talent.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Refine job descriptions and provide market data on remuneration based on research and internal benchmarks.Assist with People & Culture projects, such as employer branding to increase awareness of our company profile.Reporting on recruitment stats, such as time to hire to assist in making data-driven decisions.Oversee the recruitment process, from initial screening through to candidate placement, while managing competing priorities across multiple roles.What We're Looking for: Extensive experience in recruitment, with a focus on professional-level, ideally 4+ years.Ability to manage a volume of live candidates.Strong ability to build internal and external relationships.Proven success in candidate management, with a focus on building long-term relationships.Strong communication, negotiation, and organisation skills.A results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.Experience working with senior leaders and directors.Why Join Unified?
