Join Our Dynamic Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition CoordinatorAbout the roleAs a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our hiring process, playing a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent.
You will collaborate with hiring managers, assist in building recruitment strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.
Your work will directly contribute to building a strong, dedicated team of educators that's committed to excellence.ResponsibilitiesManaging the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across the business, including offer management and issuing contracts.Partnering closely with leaders from different departments within this industry influencer.Upholding compliance procedures in line with National Quality Standards of the sector.Facilitating the onboarding process, including regular care calls to ensure that new starters are provided with the tools and resources needed to succeed.Carefully crafting job adverts and other forms of advertising through various channels to attract top talent.Actively sourcing and finding passive talent by using a variety of headhunting techniques.About YouDemonstrated experience in an agency or Talent Acquisition role, in a fast-paced, corporate environment.Extensive experience with the whole life-cycle recruitment process.Ability to build and nurture candidate relationships and talent pools.An understanding of the Early Childhood Education sector is preferred, but not essential.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders.Excellent planning and time management skills.BenefitsA progressive culture that fosters collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation.Access to EAP services.Ample learning and career development opportunities, where you will be provided with the resources and training you need to propel your career.Generous childcare discount when enrolling your child into any Mini Masterminds service.Reward, recognition & more.For more information about the position, please contact me at with your resume.#J-18808-Ljbffr
