This role is essential to the Talent Acquisition function, supporting seamless processes from attraction to onboarding, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the overall candidate experience.What you'll doAs the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll be the key to ensuring smooth, transparent processes across talent acquisition.
Working closely with the wider team, your responsibilities will include:Coordinating the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising, interview scheduling, and onboarding.Handling data entry tasks and managing key systems like Oracle HCM.Supporting talent acquisition events and employer branding activities, generating and uploading content to social media.Assisting with compliance by managing background checks, security clearances, and HRCore tasks.Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.What you'll bringExperience in HR or People-related administration.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to enforce compliance when necessary.A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering quality experiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).A willingness to learn data analytics skills (Knowledge of PowerBI and Excel is a plus).Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is desirable.More than anything, you'll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.Why work for us?Working for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit means being part of something new and exciting.
