This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Document Controller to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.

In your new role as a Senior Document Controller, you will be responsible for establishing and operating document control and records management processes and products in accordance with relevant standards, policies and procedures.
You will ensure that the project complies with quality document control, records management procedures and meets compliance requirements.

You will be providing advice and services in a range of document, records, and information activities to all levels within various Category B (>$80M to About you
Minimum 10 years' experience in a documentation and information management role Diploma or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant knowledge and competence in document control gained through experience.
Ability to effectively manage and offer guidance, training, and support to junior team members.
Autonomous and a self-starter Ability to navigate and effectively manage competing priorities Proficiency in the use of relevant corporate document control and information systems e.g.
SharePoint, InEight Doc.
Expert knowledge of and proven experience in PC software e.g.
MS Office, Teams, Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint.
Exceptional ability to liaise with all members of the project team, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional ability to work in a team environment effectively yet experienced in working autonomously.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and build a culture of accountability and performance.
