About the role An opportunity has arisen in our Sydney office for a People & Development Assistant to join our People & Development team on a full-time basis.
The P&D team operate nationally to provide HR support to each of our seven offices.
This position will see you working closely with members of the P&D team and our Office Managers to provide administrative support and assist with various projects.
This is a busy role and is integral to the success of the team in delivering quality services to the firm.
Each day will be different; however, some of your tasks and responsibilities will include:
Responding to all Tier 1 employee queries in a timely and efficient manner.Producing all employment-related letters and associated documents.Monitoring and supporting employee movements throughout the employee lifecycle, including conducting new starter inductions where required.Supporting the implementation of projects.Supporting the administration of Learning & Development activities.Researching to support data and information requirements.Assisting with recruitment activity.And so many more incredible opportunities...About you We are looking for a candidate who has completed, or is currently studying towards, a tertiary qualification with a Human Resources major, or equivalent.
You will have a keen interest in gaining and developing Human Resources skills in a collegiate environment.
You will be passionate, enthusiastic, and value the importance of providing good customer service to key stakeholders.
