Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Receivable Officer is part of a team responsible for effective management of the accounting and administration processes within the Arcare Finance department in relation to client fees and charges.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in accounts receivable Knowledge of office administration and general bookkeeping procedures Knowledge of general accounting principles Strong customer service skills Highly developed verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail and ability to prioritize Proficiency in the use of software relevant to the position Be reliable, flexible and a team player Be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check clearance Responsibilities
Administration of data regarding the admission and discharge of clients Client invoicing, receipting, reconciliation, debt collection and banking Reconciliation of government claim statements to payment statements with appropriate follow-up Maintaining occupancy records Liaising/corresponding with residents and families as required Other administrative and accounting duties as required Ready to Apply
