Family-owned business Young Academics is a dynamic and rapidly growing Early Learning Provider, with over 30+ centres across New South Wales.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team.
Our team is driven by innovation, excellence, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our families, children, and community.
About the role:As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the marketing team, driving lead generation, developing marketing strategies, and implementing initiatives to drive business growth and brand awareness to ultimately increase occupancy rates and community engagement.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase lead generation, and boost occupancy across all our childcare centres.Lead the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and content across various channels including digital, social media, print, and events.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.Collaborate closely with the Enrolments team (sales) to deliver strong Occupancy results.Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed.Work closely with other departments such as sales, product management, and finance to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and tracking key performance metrics.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimise results through various channels, including SEO, SEM & Google Analytics.Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.About you:Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Business or Marketing.A minimum of 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing role.Track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a strong analytical aptitude.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Experience in Early Childhood and Care is preferred but not required.Benefits:Competitive remuneration package.Flexible working arrangements.Up to 2 Wellness Days per year.On-site parking.Professional development opportunities and ongoing training.Collaborative and inclusive company culture.Opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's financial success.If you are a motivated and results-driven Marketing professional with a passion for driving excellence, we invite you to apply for the Head of Marketing position at Young Academics to join us in shaping the future of our company and contributing to our ongoing success.
